I ask for a £350.00 deposit to secure the date of your wedding and the balance to be paid as and when suits you. Some of my couples like to pay monthly instalments, others in big chunks. I just ask that it be paid at least one week before your date. 

I charge £250 per extra hour for wedding bookings. I also offer time upgrades – for example, if you book ‘The Midi’ package, you can upgrade to ‘The Grand’ on the day if you decide you want extra coverage!

Once I have edited your photos, I will upload them to an online gallery and send you the link. This is a private and password-protected gallery that will only be shared with you and the people you choose. You will have the option to download the images in full resolution and will also have access to my online store if you would like to order any prints/wall art. I  keep backup copies of your images just in case but I always recommend downloading your own copy. 

This is a worst-case scenario and is fully covered in my wedding contract. If I am ill and unable to attend I will organise for another photographer to replace me. They will probably be somebody that I have worked with before (often one of my incredible second shooters). I will of course keep in contact and if I can give you the choice – I will. After the wedding, I will organise retrieving the photos from them and will be hand-editing your images myself so your photos will still be edited in my style. In all my years as a wedding photographer this has never happened but there is a procedure in place if I am unfortunate enough!

For all wedding galleries, my goal is to deliver them within 6-8 weeks after your wedding. I know you’ll be excited to see your photos so I provide a preview gallery within 48 hours, showcasing a select handful of images from the day. During peak wedding season, delivery may take a bit longer, but I’ll keep you updated along the way. However, during off-peak seasons, delivery may even be sooner—it really depends on the time of year!
